Healing Grove text message optin and privacy policy

1. Healing Grove operates a number of events and programs like Dia de Unidad, a sports program, youth group and women’s and mother groups. When you opt-in to these programs, you will receive text messages from us about these programs.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 408-583-6338.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 message per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Healing Grove only collects mobile phone numbers when a user pro-actively opt-ins to a campaign by sending a keyword to our phone number

9. By texting “Unidad” or “Unity” to +1 408 459 6817, you agree to receive occasional text messages from us, with varying frequency, around 1 per week. You can opt-out anytime by typing “STOP”
